GuruLukshmi is a reservation driven restaurant. We do welcome walk in guests and will try our best to accommodate them as much as possible. However, we highly recommend reserving your table to avoid any disappointments.

Please note the following before making your online reservations. By clicking “Reserve Now” we take it as you have read and accepted our policies. We thank you for choosing us!

Online Reservations

For parties of 11 and above , please call us during business hours or email us as we can only seat up to 10 with our current table configurations. We recommend reaching out a day or two ahead for groups higher that 10.

We will not be able to join two separate reservations made for the same time. If you would like to sit together, please make a reservation for the total amount of guests. [If more than 10, please call or email us].

We ask that you count children and infants in the total number of guests whilst making your reservation.

Late / Cancellation

We understand , life happens. However, when parties come late it pushes subsequent reservations back making other patrons who are on time wait for their table !

Parties that are late for their reservation time are given ten minutes before we call the phone number that we have to ascertain arrival status. Given the limited seating of the restaurant, fifteen minutes late with no contact will void your reservation. Please understand, this is solely due to the size and seating capacity of the restaurant. If you are late, we urge you to contact us so we can make our best effort to accommodate you and your party.

If you are running late, please edit your reservation online to a later available time to avoid wait times. Generally our wait times range from a minimum of 15 minutes to a maximum of 2 hours depending on how busy we are.

If you are unable to make your reservation, please do us and other patrons a tremendous favour by cancelling your reservations by editing your online reservation. This will help other patrons find a table and we could accommodate late guests and walk-ins .

Time Limit Policies

Time limit per table per reservation: Because we are scheduling multiple parties each evening and have to account for reservations later in the service as well as the time it takes to serve each guest, we reserve the right to limit your time at the table to 1 hour for groups less than 5 and 1 1/2 hours for groups more than 8 (timed from the scheduled reservation; not the time seated). We are working on expanding so please bare with us!

We also ask that 100% of the total number of guests be present at the time of seating. If some members are late and would like to start without them, please note that we will not be able to push other reservations back should they arrive very late.

Restaurant Policies.

Strictly no outside food or beverages. This includes celebratory cakes and fast food for kids !

No strollers allowed in service area as this is a tripping hazard. We provide car seat compatible high chairs for infants and kids.

By clicking "Reserve Now" we take it as you have read and agreed to all our policies. We thank you for your kind cooperation and we look forward to serving you and your guests.

Please count infants and children in the total number of guests while making your booking. We look at the total number of guests rather than the total number of diners. For example, if you have 2 adults, 2 school-aged children, 1 two-year-old and 1 infant you would make a reservation for 6, not 4 even if your two little ones won’t be eating at the restaurant. Failure to include children will result in wait times for the next available table. We thank you for your understanding
